Refund Policy

At Neura Works, we are committed to delivering high-quality services in social media strategy, brand development, digital marketing, brand identity, and related areas. We put significant time, expertise, and resources into each project to ensure client satisfaction.

However, since our services involve intellectual work, creativity, and digital strategy (which cannot be “returned” once delivered), we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refund on Completed Services

Once a service has been delivered (partially or fully), refunds are not applicable. This includes but is not limited to social media strategy plans, digital marketing campaigns, branding work, or identity design.

2. Advance Payments / Deposits

All advance payments or deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable. These secure your project slot and compensate for time and resources allocated.

3. Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

If you choose to cancel a service before any work has started, you may request a refund of up to 50% of the paid amount, depending on administrative and processing costs.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable revisions or adjustments as per the scope of work to resolve concerns. Refunds will not be issued, but we strive to ensure your satisfaction.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases (such as duplicate payments or billing errors), full refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
